Metro West Force is excited for the season ahead, and we're happy to announce that registration is now open for the 2026–2027 season! We are thrilled to welcome both returning and new players to our association and look forward to a season filled with fun, development, sportsmanship, and success. Thank you for choosing Metro West Force as part of your hockey journey. We can't wait to see our athletes back on the ice, building skills, friendships, and lasting memories.

A few things to note:

- Registration for all U11 to U18 players closes August 15th, 2026 at 11:59pm.

- Registration for U7 and U9 closes September 20th, 2026 at 11:59pm.

- Any late registrants may be placed on a wait list and must contact our Registrar, Shawn Young, registrar@metrowestforce.com

- Registration fees (including the tryout fee) have been held for the 2026/2027 season for all levels.

- The multi-player family discount has been amended to include only players registered with Metro West Force to align with other associations.

- Tryout fees are included in the U11 to U18 Competitive fees. If you are registering directly to our Recreational Programs there is no tryout fee.

- Please be sure to read through our Registration Overview and Registration Fee documents posted on our website.  These documents provide valuable information and answer alot of questions; by registering with MWF it is assumed that you have read and understood the information provided. 

- When registering, Members are acknowledging and accepting the MWF Parent and Player Codes of Conduct; please be sure to review these polices with all MWF players and family members; by registering with MWF, it is assumed that all MWF players and family members have read and have agreed to adhere to these polices. They are also posted on our website for review. 

**Fees can be paid by credit card payment through GrayJay Pay or e-transfer.  E-transfers can be sent to payments@metrowestforce.com, please include players name in the message line and receipt number found in your GrayJay Pay receipt email.

Recreational Programming (U11 and U13)

Thank you to our families who completed the recent Recreational Programming survey; your feedback is greatly appreciated and we are pleased to say that we will be maintaining the practice schedule of 1 set weekend practice time plus the bi-weekly practice on a rotational basis. 

Coaches

All new and returning coaches (head, assistant, on-ice helpers, goalie) must submit an application for review and consideration; please be sure to complete by August 21, 2026.  Coaching Application 2026/27

Volunteers

Metro West Force relies heavily on volunteers to help create a positive, successful, and rewarding experience for all members. As our association continues to grow and the demands on our programs increase, volunteer support is more important than ever. Without the dedication of volunteers, our ability to provide high-quality programming and services is limited. By contributing your time and skills, you help strengthen our association and ensure that our players, families, and teams have the best possible season. Pre-Season Development Sessions

We are currently working on the schedules for the upcoming pre-season development sessions that willl be offered to U11, U13, U15 and U18 players early September prior to evaluations. U9, U11C and U13C pre-season development sessions will be held later September. Stay tuned for more details!

Our volunteers are working on the evaluation schedule which will be shared with Members once finalized.

Pre-Season Member Meeting
